Included in the monthly management fee, Northborough Property Management provides each community with its own unique website with the following features:

• Unit owners may view their account ledger and set up secure, automatic payments of their condo fees

• Trustees will have real time access to the association's financial records

• A variety of documents (at the Trustees discretion) can be posted on the website for unit owners to download. This typically includes the budget, balance sheet, meeting minutes, rules, and important notices.

• Contact information for the management company, local vendors, and town services will be posted for convenience.

• Messages can be posted on the announcement board or even e-mailed out to the entire community if needed
